Could be other things than a tongue. My first impressions when I saw the thumbnail were an alien spaceship crashing into Provence or a great white whale swimming through your skies. It's sort of a Rorschach test.
BTW, thanks for your comment Thursday but I'm not sure I understood all of it!
Perhaps it could also be interpreted as the outstretched finger on the hand of God on the Sistine Chapel ceiling ? ? ? Sometimes nature imitates art...
Either that or it may be a weird reflection in the sky of that new beach along the Rhone River...
