I love that the farmer is looking at you in the second shot. Both are super. The darkness of his shirt and face in the second shot focuses my attention there, while the top shot keeps the radishes as the subject and the man in a supporting role. There is also a bit more blue sky to contrast with the red radishes in the top shot. Sur la première, l'homme pourrait être là par hasard. Pour moi les 2 sujets se nuisent. Sur la deuxième, on sent que l'homme est drôlement concerné.
