Ballet under the stars

Théatre des carrières, Les taillades
A wonderful evening of ballet under the stars yesterday at Les Taillades outdoor theatre. Set up in a disused quarry, this outdoor theatre was a perfect setting for the performance by the Avignon Opera ballet company. On the programme
La Nuit Transfigurée, music by A. Schoenberg
La Symphonie des Psaumes, music by I. Stravinski

Une magnifique soirée de danse sous les étoiles hier au théatre des carrières des Taillades. Installé dans une ancienne carrière au pied du Luberon, le théatre en plein air accueillait le ballet de l'Opéra d'avignon pour un très beau programme :
