Celebrating 4x20 years of love - my mother's 80th - we took advantage of the sidewalk chalk drawing festival in the small village of Lacoste on Saturday to express our love for her. I'm not sure coloring the rusty iron door behind was allowed but I hope no-one will take offense. It's only chalk and don't the ornemental hinges look great in blue?
C'était la fête samedi avec le festival de dessin à la craie du petit village de Lacoste. Nous en avons profité pour déclarer tout notre amour à ma maman qui fêtait ses 4x20 ans. Je ne suis pas sûre qu'on avait le droit de colorier la porte en fer rouillée mais j'espère qu'on nous pardonnera - ce n'est que de la craie et je lui trouve fière allure avec ses ferrures bleues, non ?
oh que c'est joli - et quel plaisir a dû avoir mon un peu aînée - être digne de cela !

This is a wonderful idea - and the blue hinges really add a nice touch:). I think we should all celebrate in such a creative and colorful way!
