Pujaut hills

When I asked "where's the ugly?" yesterday,
Babzy replied : - "I'm sure you'll find it soon".
Her comment prompted me to look for something really ugly to show today and there you are: a nice pile of excrements. If you can bear with me for a minute, pay more attention to it: it's about the size of dog poop but full of berries. Dogs don't eats berries, so whose poop is it? A boar's, a fox's? Both are present in the area but I don't know enough about their feces to know. If anyone has got the knowledge or the time to research the subject, I'd love your input. We're in the hills near Pujaut here, hardly 5 kilometers from the Avignon city centre as the crow flies. I might add that there was no bad smell at all.
Note: do you find this post - offensive ? - inappropriate? - interesting ? Please let me know.
(not that I plan to do any more on that subject :-))

This reminds me of the children's book by
Hans Werner Holzwarth, "The Story of the Little Mole Who Went in Search of Whodunit". It's the story of a mole who receives a pile of poop on its head and decides to go in search of the culprit. On its way the mole meets a pigeon, a horse, a hare, a goat, a cow and a pig who all deny and show him what their own productions look like... (more here). Do you know this book?
