Pink intermezzo

Ile de la Barthelasse
I don't have much time to write today so a summer flower will provide just the respite I need. It's a clover flower of course, called fleur de trèfle in French.

I can see that you have been a very active August blogger!

We could have met (again) in Arles; I was there in the beginning of the week!

Did you learn about the future interesting projects for the old SNCF premises that you visited?

Pour ta punition, tu passeras le we devant ton écran!

The close-up of this lovely flower shows the detail of each petal very well!

Most people never take the time to look at a plain old clover. Thank you for sharing the beauty of this little flower.

The clover is very beautiful as a closeup, isn't it?

The caterpillar is amazingly like the local "iguana" in the garden.

Adore the Arles photography exhibition photos. Definitely on "the list" for Next Time.

Hope you're happily busy...nice to leave us a little pink to ponder :-)

That is a stunning flower.

I didn't recognize it because I've never seen clover so close. That's amazing.

This fine image would make an excellent subject for a watercolor. "Louis" really likes the play of the light through the petals. Outstanding!

Lovely shades of pink!

Do you mean clover as in the grass? If so, this has opened my eyes just that little further. It is happening on a daily basis as I look at some of the blogs in this community.

Peter, Welcome back!

Anne M. thanks! I'm really looking forward to the 1st of Sept now.

Yes Julie, it's exactly that. The plain old clover. It was a miracle too when I opened the photo on my computer.
