Street corner

Avignon, rue des trois fauconsNot sure what was happening there - I think she was sorting out a knotted string that she wanted to use for tying her posters up the street. One thing's for sure, the light was just right.

this too will pass said...

I like these

Hi Nathalie,
I think she was working on a very complicated dance routine which was a variation on a tango with shopping cart, the string allows her to step away from the cart, then pull it back to her dramatically. The lighting on the stage will be such that the string will be invisible during the show...

Owen I think you're in the right spirit! You're getting the gist of what's happening here :-)

beautiful light in these pics - and oh!! those cobblestones - lovely to look at - not so good to walk on, especially in heels.

It's a dubious scene indeed...

Bonjour! Nathalie...
I must admit that the young lady in the photograph movement is very interesting. By the way, nice capture of light and shadow...in your photographs too.
Merci, for sharing!

Dis donc !

Oh yes, fabulous light and shadow. A beautiful shot. Wish they'd done rue Longue in Menton like this!

You should of course have asked here what she was up to. But it's still an intriguing scene.
