Weekend away

Côte d'azur
Falling into the postcard trap again (see our August theme day).
Greetings from Cape Lardier near St Tropez on the French Riviera, a 2.5 hour drive from Avignon. These photos are from a weekend away in July. Enjoy!
It's a 20-minute walk to this beach (no car access), it was a very windy day and the sea was extremely cold - all of this explains the surprising small number of people on the beach. I had a long and beautiful swim nevertheless.
(Please note that I won't be able to visit your blogs this week, I'll be away on vacation - to a beachside location again, but a different one, with no internet access - true holidays, yeah!)

To many, a vacation from Avignon and St. Tropez leaves us wondering... how could one need to leave this? (I do understand...) Enjoy your time away, Nathalie!

Just gorgeous. Reminds me of a wilder version of the Promende de Corbusier between Cap Martin and Monaco. I know tho that coast where you are is amazing.
