New home, new blog title

New home, new blog title : Although I still find myself in Avignon often,  I no longer live there full time hence my erratic postings of late: I'm running out of material. As announced in my previous post I will soon be moving to a small village in the country, 35 minutes from Avignon. Rather than kick Avignon-in-Photos  goodbye and start a new blog from scratch, I decided to give my blog a facelift and expand its title to My Provence in Photos. Beyond occasional Avignon, my photos will cover a wider area with more country photos than before. Due to lack of time in my new life I will only post once or twice a week but I hope you'll follow me in this new adventure!

I wish you well in your new home. I love your photos, and look forward to seeing more of them in the future. I got to know Avignon through your camera lens, and just to say thank you for that experience.

Change is good Nathalie....and I'm pleased that you haven't 'ditched' your old blog. I'm looking forward to seeing some new places and sharing your adventures. Good luck with the move and your new life in your village.

Oui, oui.

but but but ... I still want you to be involved with the revitalised City Daily Photo portal, Nathalie. I don't mind that you post a couple of times a week. I don't mind that your title is an area rather than a city. Your city is still in your description ... We hope to have a new banner available at the end of this weekend which I hope you will replace your old code with and display with pride.

The City Daily Photo portal can be found at http://citydailyphoto.org/index.html

I hope you enjoy your new environment, as we have enjoyed your photos of Avignon for so many years. Looking forward to many more photos of new places.

Wonderful! Love the new title and great you included 'Avignon and beyond' - explains it perfectly. And I adore the photo behind the title. How much more Provence cna you get! Happy Happy Days in your new life, dear Nathalie. I love that you've opened out your blog to rural provence as well as Avignon - not to mention the sea ...
