Photoshoot

Avignon
Create your own costume for a party with "architecture" as a theme. Find a name for the costume. Take photos of it from all sides, front, back, side, top, bottom. Write a 4-page essay about the concept and fabrication techniques. Submit to famous Parisian architecture school. Wait for admission results. Try not to stress out too much. It's only a school. It's only your future.
My young friend Cam asked me to do the photo shoot. It was a fun exercise but a very serious one too. The costume's name was "positive energy". Cam's got plenty of it. I hope he's successful.

Oops! I wasn't using the word reek as a synonym, but to imply "smoking"...sorry!

And I think Dee Dee's comment re "reeks" might be very acceptable en anglais! :)

Who’s a clever ‘Cropper’ then! (English phrase – without the 1st ‘r’)Love the Cyclops eye crop by the way...really grabs your other eye! (Sorry)

Architects are an unpredictable lot at the best of times. I seriously hope this shot catches their ‘eye’. It deserves to.

Thanks for your comments Nathalie. My apologies for not responding to date. Hopefully tomorrow though.

Bon Chance to him and his future. Serious.

He’ll need all the visual help he can get, and he clearly has a good ally in you Nathalie.

Bravo to you both and the foundations 'you' are now digging for your next 1001 Blogger posts.

Cergie, tu as raison bien sûr !!!

My daughter did the same concours last year for Malaquais, different theme though. She is half-way through her first year there and so happy to have got in. It was a very stressful period for us all, so I feel for Cam and hope he gets through to the next stage.
All the best
Liz
