Stepping in, flying out

Rue Bonneterie, place Pie- Should I stay or should I go?
- J'y vais ou j'y vais pas ?
Talking about pigeons - on the day we celebrated my 1000th post, several readers commented about the temptation to leave a trace in the wet cement. Pigeons don't care about authorisations, they stepped right in - see this ! I wonder about the trace on the right though : was it a pirate pigeon with a peg leg?

Nicely composed. The bird is literally in the twilight zone and you have good contrast between its dark shape and the door in sunlight. I don't think that pigeons are very good about making decisions, though..

Funny picture and the suggestion about a pirate pigeon is hilarious.

Oh my clever friend! A peg-leg pigeon would be quite the sight... I wonder if he had an eye-patch too?

The light in that first photo with its rich wood is divine!
