Glass theme day

Boulevard du Rhone
March 1st is Theme Day for City Daily Photo bloggers around the world, and our theme today is glass. You could count on me for working on reflections, couldn't you?
Above is a car (surely one of you will be able to tell me the make and type?) parked at the foot of the old city ramparts on Boulevard du Rhone and below is the glass entrance to the youth section (section jeunesse) of our beautiful local library, mediathèque Ceccano, in which you can see a reflection of St Didier church's belltower.

I know not the car, but your picture is splendid with the reflection in the window!

Yes we could count on you, Nathalie. Love that car reflection and should know the car but I don't. Two beautiful photographs.

I love the reflection in the windscreen. I was immediately transported to the 1940s resistance: felt hats, cigarettes askance, pin-striped suits (sans trousers - only skirts), hands outstretched in reluctant parting ...

These are beautiful reflections, and the car is such a classic.

Not one but TWO splendid, well-seen shots. I adore both. Nice to see the car is a French classic. In and of itself it is very interesting, but viewing so much reflected from it is great, too. The belfry reflection is super, but the sign is right side round so I'm confused. Shouldn't it be backwards? Or is that just in mirrors?. . .
Have a wonderful Sunday, Nathalie,

I thought I left a comment here. If I did, just delete this one. Anyway, the old car looks to be in new condition. I like those straight no-nonsense windshields. It is perfect for theme day.

I also remember windshields that cranked out so air, and bugs, came straight into the car. It was a nice feature when cars would only go about 30 miles an hour.

Belle vue à travers l'autre verre.

I love the clocktower reflection in the elegant and stately car windows. well done for theme day

@Avignon,
peut-être.

Very, very nice glass and reflection shots. What I am most impressed with though is how clean that car is. Going through winter here in the Northeastern US cars get so dirty from the sand and ice used to treat roads that it is a pleasure to see such clean cars:) Happy theme day!

Perhaps, Avignon inhabitants think their city is a God's gift to mankind !

What a shiny well maintained car, just for you!
