Vert d'eau

View from my window yesterday afternoon, rain dripping along the tree trunks - amazing how they turn green when wet! We're finally getting rain, the region needs it badly.

Lovely, green trees, Nathalie! Nice view of the other neighbor's windows!
We didn't get much snow at all here so we all hope for lots of rain in April and May!

That is amazing Nathalie, I'm so glad that you're getting the much needed rain..I'm sitting here in Perth looking out of my window at rain also, the first in a very, very long time..so I appreciate exactly how you feel. Everything seems to sigh in relief when the rain falls.

Doesn't look a bit like Kermit.

The area of Costa Rica we visited recently is dry and brown at this time of year. It will start to pour in a few weeks. The tourist authorities market it as Green Season. Green and wet.

ahhhhh, lovely!
As much as I hate the rain, reminds me too much of home! (scotland) I'm glad the rain is falling, hopefully only for one day though! :)

Rob and Mandy have been writing about rain in Barcelona. Now you have it. I guess Jilly will be getting it next.

Lovely patterns of green.
What kind of trees are they? How do they change colors like that?!

How absolutely lovely. SO green. Love the shots with those charming bowls on the window ledges, the curtains, shutters etc.

Seems like everywhere is crying out for rain. I've just done a post about our Scottish drought.
You could make a fabric or wallpaper design of this tree bark effect!
