A rat called Fleur

This very young girl worked for a non-permanent tattoo parlor and was copying a pattern for a client when I spotted the rat sleeping under her hair. She gave me permission to take a picture. The rat's name is Fleur, she's had him for four months and he spends all day on her shoulder.

Who was the client? You?

(I wonder if her boyfriend also appreciates the little rat!)

A surprise. I didn't see the rat in the portal. Cute rat, if you like rats. Lovely photo. You mention tattoos, but non-permanent - coincidentally I posted on tattoos too today - but permanent ones (at least I think so - on Menton DP.

A little cute but a little EWWW! too.

Actually white mice are very clean animals. And they can be very sociable pets.

Tiens, je viens de regarder le film Ratatouille cet après-midi. Je me demande si Fleur peut aussi faire la cuisine...

Wow, an interesting and curious sight. The rat is practically camouflaged on her body.

Oh how adorable. I would have one if I could but I think the cats might object. I do have a photo of me with a mouse on the back of my neck though. I thought it was a little possum but M.B said it was a mouse. He dropped to the floor and scampered out of an open window before the cats could catch him.

Peter I'm not sure the girl has a boyfriend, she was very young - probably no more than 13 or 14. But if she does, he's probably of the kind who does enjoy rats on shoulders...
